SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND STUFF

Eligibility:

You must be 21 years of age or older to enter Slrrrp’s racing experience sweepstakes. The sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents from anywhere; however, please note that the racing experience will take place at North Wilksboro Speedway in North Carolina, United States. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the racing experience.

Entry requirements:

To enter the Slrrrp’s racing experience sweepstakes, participants must complete the signup form available on the entry website. The signup form requires participants to provide their phone number, name, state, and email address. Each person is limited to one entry for the sweepstakes. All entrants must be 21+ with a valid government-issued ID.

Privacy and data collection:

By entering the sweepstakes, participants acknowledge and agree to the collection and usage of their personal information. Participant data will be handled in accordance with Slrrrp’s privacy policy, which can be accessed at slrrrp.com/privacy-policy. Participants may receive marketing and promotional emails from Slrrrp. They have the option to unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the provided unsubscribe link in the emails. The collected data may be used for Slrrrp’s marketing purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Sweepstakes duration:

Slrrrp’s racing experience sweepstakes will begin at 6:00 AM EDT on May 17th, 2023, and will close at 11:59 PM EDT on November 5th, 2023.

Winner selection and notification:

The winner of the Slrrrp Racing Experience sweepstakes will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by November 11th, 2023. The selected winner will be notified via email and/or phone call using the contact information provided during entry. The winner must respond within 7 days after being contacted to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in disqualification, and another winner will be selected.

Prize details and limitations:

Full prize details and limitations will be posted here no later than October 7th, 2023 (30 days prior to entry end date).

The Slrrrp’s racing experience sweepstakes is sponsored by SLURP LLC in partnership with TWO BOROS PERFORMANCE SHOP. The racing experience will be hosted by the TWO BOROS PERFORMANCE RACING TEAM.

The racing experience, including but not limited to its safety, liability, and any associated risks, is the sole responsibility of TWO BOROS PERFORMANCE SHOP. Participants understand and agree that SLURP LLC bears no responsibility or liability for any incidents, accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during or as a result of the racing experience.
